Ambassador Terms of Service
Ambassador Program Agreement: Northerner

This Ambassador Program Agreement is entered into between Northerner and the undersigned individual ("Ambassador"). By participating in the Company's Ambassador Program, the Ambassador agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Role and Responsibilities:
1.1 The Ambassador will promote and showcase Company's clothing products through social media, personal networks, and other approved promotional channels.
1.2 The Ambassador will uphold the Company's brand image and values in all promotional efforts and interactions.
1.3 The Ambassador will not engage in any conduct that could harm the Company's reputation or credibility.
2. Compensation:
2.1 The Ambassador will receive commissions based on confirmed sales generated through their unique referral link or code.
2.2 Commissions will be paid according to the Company's payment schedule and methods. (Monthly)
2.3 The Company reserves the right to modify the commission structure, payment terms, or program policies at its discretion.
3. Content and Promotion:
3.1 The Ambassador will create original and accurate content related to the Company's products.
3.2 All promotional materials, including but not limited to images, captions, and reviews, must be truthful, respectful, and adhere to ethical standards.
3.3 The Ambassador grants the Company the right to use their content for promotional purposes.
4. Ethical Guidelines:
4.1 The Ambassador will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or inappropriate marketing practices.
4.2 The Ambassador will not promote the Company's products through spam, unsolicited emails, or unauthorized channels.
5. Termination:
5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Ambassador's participation in the program immediately for any breach of this Agreement or for engaging in conduct detrimental to the Company's interests.
6. Confidentiality:
6.1 The Ambassador agrees to keep any non-public information received from the Company confidential.
6.2 Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, and proprietary technology.
7. Liability:
7.1 The Ambassador will not hold the Company responsible for any damages, liabilities, or legal actions resulting from their participation in the Ambassador Program.
7.2 The Ambassador will indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims arising from the Ambassador's actions or content.
8. Entire Agreement:
8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
By participating in the Company's Ambassador Program, the Ambassador acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
