Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  3. The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at Northernertradingcompany@gmail.com to initiate your return. Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  3. Print the return packaging slip and attach it to the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  4. Place the item securely in the packaging along with all original tags, labels, and any accessories that came with it.

Return Shipping:

  1. Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the package.
  2. Drop off the package at your nearest Post office drop-off location.
  3. Please ensure that the package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

Processing Your Return:

  1. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  2. If the return is approved, we will process the requested exchange or refund within 3-5 business days after receiving the item.

Exchanges:

  1. If you are exchanging the item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preferences when initiating the return.
  2. If the requested exchange item is available, we will ship it to you as soon as your return is processed.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions:

Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated above will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to reject any returns that are not in compliance with our policy.
